Each custom air freshener is individually crafted to order with your uploaded photo prominently displayed on both sides. To preserve the unique silhouette, we mirror the image on one side while keeping the regular view on the reverse.
Our skilled graphic design team will professionally crop and edit your photo per your specifications.
Shipping Details
At AirFreshies, we handcraft every order in our warehouse located in Seattle, Washington.
Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be processed/printed and shipped out. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground or USPS Priority.
Nov. 29th Update:
Due to the current influx of orders, processing time may be longer. Thank you for your understanding.
Dec. 11th Update:
Christmas Guarantee delivery is now over. Orders placed after December 10th are not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.
Photo Guidelines
Feel free to upload any high-quality photo you love! Well-lit, close-up images with good resolution will ensure the clearest custom prints. We are not responsible for finished products that come out dark because the photo submitted was not well-lit.
REMINDER - Please do NOT upload dark photos as they will come out dark. There will be no refunds or free replacement on orders with dark photos submitted.
No photos with filters.
Please be aware - we cannot legally include photos of celebrities, athletes, famous characters, trademarked logos, or explicit content without proper permissions. We appreciate you submitting only original photos you hold rights to.
Just The Head(s): If choosing this option, please make sure the entire head is clear and visible. If not, it may be printed as is, without any cropping.
Entire Body(s): If choosing this option, the entire body must be clear and present in the photo. Failure with this may result in your order being printed without any cropping.
Just The Car: If choosing this option, please make sure the entire car is visible in the photo. Failure to do so may result in your order printed without any cropping.

Crop Details
Just The Head(s): Our skilled team of graphic designers will trim your photo to exclusively showcase the head(s) depicted in the image.
Entire Body(s): Our proficient graphic designers will eliminate the background from your photo and retain solely the body(s) displayed in the image. *Size tends to run smaller in order to fit the full body image onto the design template*
Just The Car: If your photo includes a car, this choice will instruct our designers to exclusively emphasize the car in the final product.
Do Not Crop: We will refrain from any cropping of your photo, and it will be presented in the final product exactly as uploaded.

At AirFreshies, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our customized scents and images. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, we've got you covered:
- Request a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply if the photo we have received did not follow our photo guideline rules.
- Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement requests that do not meet our criteria.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
At AirFreshies, we take pride in offering you custom-made products that meet the highest quality standards. If, however, you encounter any issues with your order, we're here to help. Since our products are custom made to each order, we will only be able to issue either a replacement or a 50% refund for item(s) that meet one or more of the following qualifying reasons:
Qualifying Reasons for Refunds and Replacements
To be eligible for a 50% refund or replacement, you must initiate your request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Damage During Transit: If your item arrives damaged, we are here to assist you in resolving the issue.
- Moisture in Packaging: If you discover any moisture within the packaging of your item, please inform us promptly.
- Incorrect Order Received: In the event that you receive an order different from your original request.
- Lost in Transit: If your order was shipped but has been lost in transit, we will collaborate with you to find a suitable solution.
Initiating a Refund or Replacement Request
To commence the refund or replacement process, please email us at support@airfreshies.co and provide the necessary details. To ensure a successful request, kindly adhere to the following:
- Submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include item(s) that meet the aforementioned qualifying reasons.
- Include a photograph of the item(s) (unless lost in transit).
- Specify your preferred solution method (Replacement/50% Refund).
- Provide replacement order details, such as a new photo or scent preference.
Decision and Communication
Upon receiving your request, our team typically requires 1-3 business days to evaluate and reach a decision. Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement requests that do not meet our criteria. You will be promptly notified via email regarding our decision, along with the subsequent steps we will take or the reasons for request denial.
We are not responsible for orders that we're shipped to the wrong address due to the customer entering the wrong address during checkout.
