Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

At AirFreshies, we take pride in offering you custom-made products that meet the highest quality standards. If, however, you encounter any issues with your order, we're here to help. Since our products are custom made to each order, we will only be able to issue either a replacement or a 50% refund for item(s) that meet one or more of the following qualifying reasons:

Qualifying Reasons for Refunds and Replacements

To be eligible for a 50% refund or replacement, you must initiate your request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Damage During Transit: If your item arrives damaged, we are here to assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Moisture in Packaging: If you discover any moisture within the packaging of your item, please inform us promptly.
  • Incorrect Order Received: In the event that you receive an order different from your original request.
  • Lost in Transit: If your order was shipped but has been lost in transit, we will collaborate with you to find a suitable solution.

Initiating a Refund or Replacement Request

To commence the refund or replacement process, please email us at support@airfreshies.co and provide the necessary details. To ensure a successful request, kindly adhere to the following:

  • Submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include item(s) that meet the aforementioned qualifying reasons.
  • Include a photograph of the item(s) (unless lost in transit).
  • Specify your preferred solution method (Replacement/50% Refund).
  • Provide replacement order details, such as a new photo or scent preference.

Decision and Communication

Upon receiving your request, our team typically requires 1-3 business days to evaluate and reach a decision. Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement requests that do not meet our criteria. You will be promptly notified via email regarding our decision, along with the subsequent steps we will take or the reasons for request denial.

Image Change or Cancellation

Image Change Policy

  • Image changes can only be made if you contact us before your order enters production
  • Production typically starts within 24 hours of an order placement.
  • Once production has started, we may not be able to modify the image for your order.

We strive to provide you with the best service possible, so if you need to change your image, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll do our utmost to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that circumstances can change, and you might need to cancel your order. To help you with this, we have a cancellation policy in place:

  • Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet commenced.
  • If your order has entered the production phase, we may not be able to process the cancellation.

We aim to be flexible and accommodating, so if you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us promptly. We'll do our best to assist you with your request, provided it meets our cancellation criteria.

SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below. This Agreement is limited to the program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.,The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the program. By participating in the program, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”).

If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile text message from Us in order to opt out of the program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt out by texting other words or verbally requesting one of our team members to remove you from our list is not accounted for as a reasonable means of opting out.

You acknowledge that the message frequency is various and that consent is not a condition to purchase. The program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.

You must have a wireless device of your own, be capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text-messaging instructions.

You may not use or engage with the platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), and have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use or engage with the platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.

You warrant and represent to Us that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any new features, changes, updates, or improvements of the program shall be subject to this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the program after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.

Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be printed before it is shipped out. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground (5-6 days) or USPS Priority (2-3 days).

We process orders in the order they are received.

Yes, you will be able to choose from different shipping options during checkout.

Unfortunately since these are custom orders, we are unable to provide a refund but we can provide a free, one-time replacement. Just send us a message!

Please make sure that you have the correct address when checking out.

If your order was returned to us by USPS because of an "insufficient address", you will need to pay a small shipping fee to have it re-shipped. No refunds on orders that were returned to sender for "insufficient address".

If an order was returned to us for any other reason, we will re-ship the package back to you free of charge.

Photos

Not to worry! Our skilled design team will expertly crop and edit your photo for you, free of charge.

For best results, upload high-quality photos with proper lighting that clearly showcase the full face, body, or vehicle. Images that are crisp, well-lit, and capture the entire subject matter make for the most vibrant custom freshies.

Absolutely, we will print your submitted photo on both sides of the air freshener. It will appear mirrored on one side to fit the custom silhouette, while retaining the original image on the other side.

Unfortunately, we cannot print copyrighted content like logos, images, characters, phrases or Bitmojis unless you own the rights to it.

We cannot legally use celebrity/athlete photos without consent.

At AirFreshies, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our customized scents and images. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, we've got you covered:

  • Request a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  • Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply if the photo we have received did not follow our photo guideline rules.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement requests that do not meet our criteria.
